The room is not very big, but all is convenient and ergonomic. Special thanks for the excellent sleeping conditions, - bed, pillows etc. Good breakfast, friendly service. Location is OK, - 15-20 minutes walk to Centre Rynok square and to the mail railway station

The location is fine although not at the main Krakow station, there is a tram nearby with lift and escalator. There is also a park nearby where you can hang out and relax in the morning. Room was clean every 2 days. Lack of hair conditioner. This hotel is fine but do not expect 4/5 star hotel standard.

Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der günstige Preis, der den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Der Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend.

Dzień dobry, Obsługa na recepcji mogłaby być bardziej milsza. Niektóre osoby , jakby pracowały za karę Jak można nie wiedzieć , czy bar jest czynny , czy też nie w weekend. The hotel was located near to "Rondo Mogilskie" tram station, which was near to city center. The response of the hotel staff was commendable. The breakfast was a decent one.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Vienna House hotel in Krakow. The room felt cramped and lacked the amenities you'd expect for the price. The bed was uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location is somewhat far from the city center, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I didn’t feel it offered good value for the money.

Отличное местоположения. Совсем рядом ботанический сад и старый город в пешей доступности. Есть охраняемая парковка перед отелем (платная). Стандартный номер небольшой, но чистый и есть все необходимое
